“I started my career in law enforcement in 1963 and it has continued to this day. I have worked side by side with my fellow officers, firefighters, EMT’s at many critical incidents. I have the utmost admiration for their courage and dedication in serving the public during stressful times. I look out and see the faces of men and women who put themselves in harm’s way everyday. They do this task without hesitation, shunning the spotlight, everyday. Today, the 200 Club of Hudson County wants to shine the spotlight on these individuals who make our community safer through their brave efforts. For the past 20 years, the 200 Club has taken the time during Police Week to honor these heroes. The members of the 200 Club are proud to present these awards and are pleased to offer scholarship gifts to children of emergency response personnel. My congratulations to all the recipients and gratefulness to the members of the 200 Club for their continued support. ”
